The hollow concrete sections were brought to the site and the legs were stacked in their appropriate positions using a hand-cranked Roust-A-Bout.

Rebar was run from the foundation through the leg sections, creating reinforced columns that were then filled solid with concrete.

The upper halves were then assembled and remain hollow with reinforced metal skeletons inside.
