Depending on the source there are many versions to reference from Rafael on-----Also my style although representative is not ultra realistic-the officers families and committee requested something male strong -many of the famous Saint Michael versions are more on the boyish feminine side -not what they want-In my typical half planned and half improved way I took in the many versions and the families requests and then created my own version In my own style.
