In the winter of 2011 I was short listed and then chosen to create the Welcome Sign for Troy Hill. Troy Hill is in a lovely setting – on a hill – overlooking Pittsburgh from the North Side.

Shaler Library Talk

The Shaler Library asked me if I would join two wonderful sculptors and people- Susan Wagner and Thaddeus Mosley for a sculpture talk about our work. The lecture would be moderated by artist William Rock. I don’t often do this-It turned out to be really nice. Thad is 85 and amazing-still carving away full time! It was relaxed and fun. A full house of folks who seemed to appreciate the event. We showed pictures of our work and it was interesting to learn first hand about how Thad and Susan go...
